In regard to your oral health care, how protected are you from oral health risks such as dental damage and tooth erosion that can arise? Have you ever noticed your teeth being excessively worn or sensitive when you wake up in the morning? If so, it may be due to conditions such as bruxism which is hard to prepare for if you’re unaware that is even taking place.

Key symptoms of bruxism that you should always look for include indications of flat teeth or teeth that expose deeper levels of your enamel. If it looks last if your enamel is worn off and your teeth are yellowish, it means that your underlying tooth levels of dentin are beginning to appear. This could be due to bruxism or another oral health issue. If you have any struggles with an increase in tooth sensitivity or you notice any irregular or abnormal pains, it could be linked to bruxism. This includes jaw and face pain, tired of tight jaw muscles, and earaches that tend to pop up from time to time. Usually, the earaches feel like earaches, but they don’t actually originate in your ear. Furthermore, if you have any cheek tissue damage or indentations on your tongue, it could be a sign of bruxism.
